Strength Training

Strength training makes you stronger and fitter. Strength training protects bone health and muscle mass. Strength training helps keep the weight off for good. Strength training helps you develop better body mechanics. Strength training can help with chronic disease management.

HIIT Classes

HIIT based formats that focus on fat loss, strength & flexibility. The reduced time allows us to focus on exercises that will aid in fat loss, increased muscle & a higher metabolism. The programs will include everything from barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, slam balls, agility ladders, ropes & sleds.

Junior Classes

Junior Superheroes is a program designed for adolescents and teens looking to improve their overall health, increase strength & maximize their personal results. The benefits of adolescents doing resistance training, accompanied by body weight training & agility exercises has been shown to help young athletes and non-athletes improve their strength, body composition, balance & self esteem. Our goal for each member of the Junior Superheroes program is to safely and successfully guide them through a properly designed workout.  Ages 4 and up.
